Mohsen Mahdavi Mazdeh got his PhD in Linguistics from the University of Arizona in 2019. He later worked as a postdoctoral fellow (2023-2025) in the Department of Linguistics. His main areas of specialty are poetic meter, stress, and the syntax-prosody interface, with a focus on Iranian Languages.
