Mohsen Mahdavi Mazdeh got his PhD in Linguistics from the University of Arizona in 2019. He is currently (2023-2025) a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Linguistics. His main areas of specialty are poetic meter, prosody, and the syntax-prosody interface, with a focus on Iranian Languages.
